Great Lakes Energy Communications Training
Russ and Leslie Knopp have worked closely with the Great Lakes
Energy over the past few years through major transitions, involving,
to name a few - a merger of two companies serving different geographic
territories, a new CEO and management team, a new customer information
data system and technology, the addition and discontinuation of
services and products, and a move toward a culture based on accountability,
goals and measurement. Employee surveys revealed a persistent need
for better communication throughout the company. TMR designed a
series of training and planning experiences to improve the quality
and flow of communications in the organizations. The TMR program
included skill development for all employees, strategies for improving
information flow with managers, and the training of supervisors
in fostering and maintaining open, positive communication. Russ
and Leslie have continued to assist this organization in developing
the capacity to achieve its vision and goals.
